[Important Notice] Zoom Meetings Basic plan 40-minute lift expiring on June 30, 2022

On July 1, 2022, the 40-minute time limit on group meetings will be reinstated on your Zoom Meetings Basic account.

Dear Valued Customers,

Our records indicate that you are using a free version of Zoom Meetings without the 40-minute time limit for Basic accounts.

To address global efforts and in support of primary and secondary (K-12) education during the pandemic, Zoom temporarily lifted the 40-minute time limit. This program is now concluding on June 30, 2022, as most students have returned to in-person instruction.

What does that mean for you? Starting on July 1, 2022, your Zoom Meeting account will automatically revert to the Zoom Meetings Basic plan. Meet as often as you would like for up to 40 minutes with no limit to the number of meetings you can host.

On behalf of Zoom, we want to thank you for your tremendous work to provide academic continuity and delivering – or receiving – education during these difficult times. We hope we were able to successfully assist you over these past two years.
